What shipped
- A table, a patient and every team doctor can hold only one live case at a time; back-to-back cases are fine
- A refused booking names the rule, and the doctor, so the desk knows exactly what to change
- Procedure packages carry their consumables; choose them per case and see what each store has
- Short on stock? Raise an indent to the Stores queue from the booking, as regular or STAT
- Stock leaves when the case goes into theatre and comes back if the case is cancelled
- In Stores, every purchase indent shows its progress, from raised and approved through PO and GRN to inventory updated
