See how many visits turn into pharmacy, lab and radiology
A Patient Conversion tab in Business Analytics shows what share of your visits go on to use the pharmacy, the lab and radiology.
What shipped
- Six cards: OPD pharmacy, lab and radiology, and IPD pharmacy, lab and radiology, each as a percentage of visits in the period
- Each visit counts once, however many items it has, so the figure reads as a share of patients and not of orders
- Walk-in pharmacy sales are left out, because they are not tied to a visit
- Cancelled radiology orders don't count as conversions
- Follows the date range and the branch filter used on the other Business Analytics tabs
