Issue a priced estimate from a template; accepting it bills what was quoted and starts the course, with every session priced and dated.
What shipped
- Estimate templates hold service lines and treatment-package lines, with line and header discounts and a validity in days
- Issue from a template or start blank, edit while open, print it, or decline or cancel with a reason
- Accept and bill charges exactly what was quoted and starts each package as a course; an expired estimate is refused and a repeat never creates it twice
- A per-session package lists each session's amount and when it falls, frozen when the estimate is issued
- A chip on each visit says where the course stands, such as Session 1 of 3 done and Session 2 due, and Mark done can be undone
