HealthPilot began in the clinic, not in a pitch deck. We started with wellness and bariatric care, building follow-up automation, AI meal tracking and patient engagement for real practices. What we learned there was blunt: the problem wasn't one specialty's software. It was that clinics and hospitals everywhere run on disconnected tools that don't talk to each other.
So we built the connected version: a single platform where the EMR, the ward, the pharmacy, the lab, the bill and the patient's phone share one source of truth, with an AI layer woven through every workflow. Today HealthPilot scales from a single-doctor clinic to a multi-location hospital, and it's piloting in facilities that asked us for exactly this.
