A form that raises its own bill and prints the real number
Click Bill on a registration card, consent or certificate and the receipt is created and printed on the document itself, no hand-filled blank.
What shipped
- A Bill action on the document opens Create Receipt pre-filled from the form's own default service
- On save, the receipt number, amount and service fill into the document automatically
- The printed amount always comes from the receipt, so re-pricing a service later never changes what a document already issued says it charged
- An unbilled form still prints its blank, ruled line rather than ever guess at a number
- Charges post to the patient's real bill, in-patient or walk-in, the same way any other charge does
