Web check-in for the whole family
One phone number, every family member: patients choose who the visit is for, and an existing record is never registered twice.
What shipped
- After the OTP, a "Who is this for?" step lists the person's own record and the family linked to the number
- Add a family member in a few fields; each gets their own UHID and record, with no separate login
- A returning patient goes straight to the doctor and slot, and never meets the registration form again
- Continue enrolls the chosen person at the branch, and issues the hospital's UHID the first time
- Hospital staff can check in as patients using the same phone number as their staff login
