Build a template once, assign it to a department or a doctor, and every summary opens in that format, filled from the chart.
What shipped
- Start from Standard, Page saver or Easy read, or set up every section yourself, with your own headings, order and page breaks
- Assign a template to a department, a doctor, or a doctor within a department, or set a hospital default; the most specific rule wins
- Keep as many templates as you need, and switch a template from the summary itself, with a confirmation before edits are replaced
- Diagnosis, procedures, medicines and results fill from the admission, so the doctor edits what is new
- Mark sections required before finalizing, and add a signature slot with its own label to any section
- A finalized summary is locked and kept as it was signed
