Add staff by phone or email; anyone already on the platform is recognized by one canonical identity and joins via an accept-link.
What shipped
- Existing accounts recognized instantly: no re-entering details
- Accept-links go out by email and WhatsApp; no access until accepted
- A user's own name, phone and email stay self-owned
- Role, locations, departments and fees remain organization-managed
