Hospital stores, on the same stock as the pharmacy
A main store, sub-stores and the pharmacy counter share one stock model, so every indent, issue and transfer is tracked from receipt to patient.
What shipped
- Set up each branch's main store, sub-stores, receiving area and point of sale, with the categories each one may hold
- Indent, approve, issue and receive between stores, with first-expiry-first-out picking proposed for you
- Quarantine or recall a batch; expired and blocked batches can't be sold or issued
- Blind stock takes with variance approval, witnessed disposals and an expiry worklist
- Reorder rules suggest replenishment before a store runs out
- Off by default: switch Stores on when you're ready, and the pharmacy keeps working exactly as before
