Lab, radiology and consultation orders turn into pending charges the moment the doctor places them, priced by the same rules the counter uses.
What shipped
- The cashier settles the doctor's orders from a Pending charges panel instead of keying them in again
- One tariff master resolves every price: payer, sum-insured tier, room class, then cash
- Lab and radiology rates can be set per payer and room class, and a blank rate falls back to the next cheaper room class before cash
- Pay before service can be switched on separately for the lab and for radiology
- A repeat order for the same unbilled test moves the charge to the newer request instead of raising it twice
- The IPD running bill and the final bill read the same charges, so nothing ordered is missed or billed twice
