Several counters, one clean handover
Each cashier opens a shift at their own counter, payouts come off the drawer that paid them, and the shift prints as the handover sheet your counters already use.
What shipped
- A shift opens at a named counter, so several counters run side by side and a shortfall always belongs to one cashier at one counter
- One cashier cannot hold two drawers, and two cashiers cannot share one
- Expenses and doctor payouts paid from the drawer come off that shift in every payment mode, so the close expects opening plus collected minus paid out
- The shift handover sheet prints in the familiar paper layout: OP and IP receipts, payouts, totals per mode, the note count and sign-off blocks
- An open shift prints an interim sheet, so a mid-day handover needs no handwriting
- Editing an expense or payout saves a new version with a reason, and every change stays in the audit trail
This is one update of many.
